The fair
FILBo is both a public festival and a regional trade point for the Andes. Colombian publishing has grown in confidence; the fair is a good place to see that on the ground.
Advice for visiting authors
- As with other Latin American fairs, you are usually discussing Spanish-language rights or co-editions, not an English print run.
- Guest-country pavilions are a natural way into a first conversation.
